Responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of nurses or medical staff. Patient Intake: Collecting patient information and scheduling appointments. Patient Care: Assisting patients with personal hygiene tasks, monitoring vital signs, and providing basic care treatments. Administrative Duties: Maintaining patient records, updating charts, and coordinating with the medical team. Communication: Interacting with patients, their families, and healthcare providers to ensure effective communication and care coordination. PSTs must possess strong communication skills, a friendly and empathetic personality, and the ability to work in a healthcare setting. They are expected to be well-organized and have excellent attention to detail. The role requires a commitment to patient health and safety, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
