Overview

Are you a creative storyteller who loves turning real user stories into engaging digital content? We’re looking for a Content Producer Specialist to help us craft dynamic, authentic content for social media, partner channels, and paid ads.

In this role, you’ll plan, conceptualize, and help produce a wide range of marketing assets — from videos and social posts to brochures, emails, blogs, and ad creatives — all rooted in a deep understanding of BAND’s diverse user communities.

You’ll collaborate with users, partners, freelancers, and a videographer to capture authentic stories and bring them to life through impactful content across organic, partner, and paid channels.

  • Create compelling marketing assets across multiple formats, including written, visual, and informational content.
  • Manage a content calendar and ensure timely, platform-tailored distribution.

Key Responsibilities

Content Sourcing from Users & Creators

  • Develop and execute a plan to consistently secure content from users and creators.
  • Build and manage content pipelines through user surveys, interviews, and outreach.
  • Conduct user interviews and neatly organize notes, insights, and assets.
  • Maintain a centralized content library for easy access by cross-functional teams.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage creator relationships to ensure timely, brand-aligned content delivery.

Messaging & Content Format Strategy

  • Collect and document user pain points, needs, and use cases by audience segment.
  • Craft tailored messaging for each segment, grounded in user insights and market research.
  • Research and develop new content formats to optimize engagement, then collaborate with users and creators to secure the right sources that fit each format.
  • Provide creative direction, briefs, and hands-on support to users and creators to ensure on-brand, impactful content.

Content Production & Optimization

  • Edit and refine source materials to develop final marketing assets.
  • Collaborate with in-house designers, videographers, freelancers, and creators to produce videos, images, written content, digital ads, case studies, and social content.
  • Manage production timelines, approvals, and a content calendar for consistent, timely publishing.
  • Adapt content for multiple platforms, formats, and audience.
  • Monitor performance and engagement metrics, using insights to refine and optimize content strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in content production, content marketing, or digital storytelling.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and narrative development skills with a sharp sense of audience engagement.
  • Strong awareness of trending content formats, social storytelling styles, and platform best practices, with the ability to quickly adapt and apply them to BAND’s content strategy.
  • Proven ability to plan and produce multi-format content for social, web, and paid digital channels.
  • Strong project management, organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale content production while maintaining quality and storytelling integrity.
  • Comfortable working with videographers and participating in video ideation, scripting, and production.
  • Experience sourcing user-generated content and collaborating with users, partners, and community creators.
  • Skilled in managing freelancers and external creators to deliver on-brand content.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • (Preferred) Experience conducting user research and applying insights to content development.
