About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Packaging Technician/Coordinator to support our packaging development and production activities. This role will involve working closely with packaging engineers, designers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure packaging projects are executed smoothly and on time.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with hands-on packaging experience in consumer goods, cosmetics, food, beverage, or related industries who are eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly of packaging prototypes for consumer testing and internal reviews.
• Support the development and validation of new packaging materials and tooling .
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure packaging specifications and timelines are met.
• Help track project milestones and escalate issues that may impact deadlines.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting of packaging and quality issues .
• Maintain and update packaging documentation, specifications, and testing results in internal systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (engineering, operations, quality, marketing) to support packaging initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering, Packaging, Industrial Design, or related field); Associate degree or equivalent experience considered.
• 1–3 years of hands-on packaging experience (cosmetics, consumer goods, food, beverage, or pharma preferred).
• Familiarity with the packaging production process and quality standards.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) .
• Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on quality and design accuracy.
• Strong communication and organizational skills ; able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a matrix organization .
