Job Title: Administrative Associate

Location: Stafford, VA

Job Type: Contract to Hire

Pay: $17-19/hr (contract) | $35,000-$40,000/year (permanent)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Associate to join our team in Stafford, VA. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days remote and 2 days in the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing insurance certifications, performing data entry, and managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process insurance certifications accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
  • Manage and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
