Beneficiary Services Specialist – Wealth Management

Location: South Jordan, UT (Onsite – 5 days/week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized one-on-one assistance to beneficiaries throughout the inheritance process

• Communicate with empathy, transparency, and professionalism via phone and email

• Process estate documentation, asset transfers, and account updates with a high degree of accuracy

• Set clear expectations and timelines for clients; provide timely and consistent follow-up

• Research and resolve complex service issues related to estate processing and asset distribution

• Document all client interactions and maintain case updates in internal systems

• Apply firm security and identity verification procedures to protect against fraud

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and FINRA/SEC regulations

• Collaborate with internal departments, branch offices, and financial advisors to resolve inquiries and support asset transitions

• Actively manage and monitor daily caseloads using available technology and resources

• Support other operational or project-based tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 3–4 years of experience in financial services, preferably with estates, trusts, retirement accounts, or client service roles

• FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) licenses may be required depending on role assignment
