Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support, including preparing paperwork, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling general office tasks.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in client systems.

Communicate professionally with advisors and their clients to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to best practices when handling sensitive information.

Qualifications
Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Office Manager (financial services experience is a plus but not required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other office software.
