To accomplish our goals and serve our clients better, we are looking for individuals eager to develop our next customer sales campaigns, drive revenue and convert new business opportunities. You will work directly with our clients’ most interesting and demanding customers; helping us better understand their needs, develop product forecast models, and deliver a strong overall customer experience.

Main areas of responsibility:

  • Generate revenue and profits by assisting clients with product related technical questions, troubleshooting and product information.
  • Collaborate with customer Account Managers to provide technical support to new or existing customers by solving industry product development and process development problems.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans to identify steady pipeline of prospects
  • Ensure that team delivers product development and process development compelling technical presentations to drive sales
  • Utilize deep technical acumen to educate the team on industry, products and competitors
  • Partner with internal marketing team to utilize customer insights to contribute to product roadmap with defined sales increase goal
  • Utilizing CRM platform to capture customer-related data and daily activities

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in STEM - chemical engineering, material science, applied science.
  • Knowledge of current industry standards
  • Sales history of working on industrial process food sector with both production and commercial teams.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with strong adaptability, creativity, and drive to succeed
  • Strong team player; motivated and extremely customer centric
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in customer or portfolio management
  • Willingness to travel (50%-75%)
  • Located in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan or Illinois.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
  • Successful technical sales or outside sales experience with a proven track record of selling in competitive markets and for territory growth
  • Experience providing technical support in the hydraulic fluids and metalworking industries.
  • Experienced in customer relationship management (CRM) software
