Salary: $99,000 - 143,000 per year Requirements:

• We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:
• Over 10 years of experience in end-to-end design, development, and delivery within the financial services sector, emphasizing insurance expertise.
• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, with a Master's degree being preferred.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Python and Hyperexponential development and architecture.
• Proficiency in Java full stack application development and architecture.
• A solid understanding of cloud computing concepts, key industry design patterns, and agile development methodologies.
• The capability to independently lead intricate project initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, you will lead a team with the following responsibilities:
• Collaborating with architecture and design teams to establish architectural solutions and secure high-level design approval.
• Estimating and organizing development and maintenance efforts alongside the Scrum Master and team members.
• Creating low-level design (LLD) documentation for developers.
• Identifying and managing dependencies.
• Driving the pace of development to meet delivery milestones.
• Cultivating a culture of quality.
• Maintaining, enhancing, and promoting best practices in development and maintenance.
• Supporting the sprint and end-to-end testing phases.
• Overseeing maintenance and application support, leading the team in diagnosing root causes and providing solutions for production defects.
• The technical and functional scope of the lead includes comprehension of:
• Insurance domain, specifically focusing on forms systems.
• Actuarial concepts and Rater/Pricing tool development.
• Python and Hyperexponential software.
• Integration technologies.
• Java/Spring business service development.
