Position: TAB Technician

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on TAB experience in commercial environments.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and building automation.
• Proficiency in using TAB instruments and software.
Job Description
• Perform comprehensive testing, adjusting, and balancing of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with design specifications.
• Conduct airflow and hydronic measurements using industry-standard equipment.
• Prepare detailed TAB reports and documentation by NEBB/AABC standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve system performance issues.
• Mentor junior technicians and guide best practices and certification preparation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on job sites.
• Participate in commissioning processes and support energy efficiency initiatives.
