A recognized real estate company in California is actively seeking an experienced Graphic Designer for a promising Senior-level position with their growing team. In this role, the Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing all business development and property marketing collateral from concept to completion with limited supervision.

About the Opportunity:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: 4 days onsite, one day remote
• Hours: 40 hours per week (overtime possible based on workload)

Responsibilities:

• Develop custom eye-catching and effective marketing materials for new business pursuits and property marketing, including pitches, presentations, brochures, offering memorandums, email campaigns, websites, invitations, signage, events, etc.
• Lead and manage multiple creative projects from start to finish, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Track workflow and maintain logs and updates to ensure that various graphic design jobs are completed within required time frames and to client specifications
• Innovate and collaborate with sales professionals on the creation of marketing materials
• Work closely with the Marketing and Real Estate teams to understand project objectives and deliver design solutions that align with business goals
• Provide guidance and creative input on projects
• Reposition assets with the ability to rebrand properties by logo development, color palettes, typography, and other various design concepts to tell the story
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Graphic Design experience in Corporate Creative department/agency and/or Design studio
• Bachelor's Degree
• Proficient in both Mac and PC
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Professional)
• Superior customer service and project management skills

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Design, Graphic Arts, Marketing, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, and/or a related field
• Working knowledge of Premiere and After Effects
• Commercial Real Estate experience
