Job Description

Ruskin, an Air Distribution Technologies, Inc subsidiary. is seeking System Analyst to oversee the standardization, implementation, and execution of critical business processes across multiple corporate offices and manufacturing plants. This role coordinates with cross-functional teams to optimize ERP system utilization and ensure seamless integration across the supply chain. The System Analyst is responsible for providing process training, ensuring adherence to business processes, and fostering collaboration across the supply chain network. Additional responsibilities include developing and maintaining product cost structures, manufacturing bills of materials, and configurations within the AS400 system, contributing to operational accuracy and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the implementation of critical global business capabilities to support strategic objectives, ensuring alignment across all functional areas and incorporating external processes where necessary.
  • Collaborate with procurement, quality, and other cross-functional teams to create an integrated solution for supplier scheduling and overall organizational efficiency.
  • Develop and execute phase-in/phase-out planning strategies to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Drive process standardization through IT-enabled solutions to enhance business efficiency and align supply chain operations across business units
  • Partner with New Product Development and Support Engineering teams to develop and maintain manufacturing, sales, and pricing rule sets, ensuring accurate order processing and manufacturing BOM configurations
  • Leverage IT solutions to implement metrics and tools to drive standardization of processes to increase efficiency and business capabilities across the business unit and supply chain.
  • Identify, facilitate creation, and implement tools to support execute of standard scheduling and material planning processes, enabling consistent and efficient execution
  • Define and implement best practices and standard operating procedures for material planning and scheduling processes, to optimize inventory while balancing customer SLAs and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization to ensure business processes align with best practices and address operational needs. Serve as the primary contact for business leaders, facilitating alignment and obtaining necessary approvals for processes and project scopes.

What We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree in arts or science from an accredited four-year College or University
  • 1+ years of ERP system rule writing or configurating experience is required, including proficiency in Item Master, Expert Configurator, and costing functions.
  • Ability to calculate common financial calculations through applying concepts from algebra, statistics, amortization, etc.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, presentation, and communication skills

Preferred

  • 1+ years of experience in as400
  • Proficiency in computer programming to automate functions is a plus

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions and vibration.
