Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking a Sr. Creative Producer who thrives on solving complex challenges and orchestrating exceptional creative work. The ideal candidate serves as the central hub for both clients and the DE-YAN team—someone who anticipates needs, drives projects forward, and maintains visibility across all moving parts.

You'll be responsible for shepherding creative projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, stay within budget, and deliver on time. This role requires someone who can work autonomously while collaborating seamlessly with our multidisciplinary team, contributing to and refining our project management processes along the way.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects with multidisciplinary teams and clients through all phases: kickoff, ideation, design, development, and delivery
  • Develop comprehensive project Scopes of Work that clearly articulate client objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
  • Execute project plans across studio disciplines, managing resource allocation, schedules, and stakeholder communications
  • Source, vet, and manage external contractors, vendors, fabricators, and specialized consultants
  • Negotiate contracts and costs with clients, freelancers, and vendors to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Collaborate with business development on compelling project proposals and presentations
  • Facilitate productive meetings and client calls, effectively communicating creative concepts and project progress
  • Provide administrative support to the art director as needed
  • Foster a collaborative, positive team environment that encourages creative excellence

REQUIREMENTS :

  • 5+ years of production experience in a creative studio or agency environment
  • Proven track record developing comprehensive SOWs and managing projects with various budgets
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for evolving responsibilities in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated experience producing diverse project types including events, photo/video productions, brand identity/strategy work, and interactive installations
  • Exceptional client-facing communication and presentation skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail while maintaining momentum in fast-paced creative environments
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
