Are you ready to engineer the future of digital infrastructure? We’re seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead innovative projects for hyperscale data centers and mission-critical facilities in the Phoenix area. This is your chance to make an impact on groundbreaking projects.

The position

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you’ll lead the design, development, and implementation of complex electrical systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams and overseeing the full project lifecycle. Your expertise will drive high-performance solutions and ensure the success of our mission-critical projects. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Handle advanced electrical design tasks for distribution systems, equipment selection, and infrastructure layout.
  • Lead design development using AutoCAD and Revit software.
  • Oversee project teams and ensure on-time project execution.
  • Survey building conditions and prepare technical reports.
  • Review shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and punchlists.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and aligning project goals.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to policy, training, and process improvement efforts.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET accredited)
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or working towards
  • 8 -13+ years of electrical engineering experience
  • Expertise in electrical systems for mission-critical facilities
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Must be based in the Phoenix area with 25-50% local travel and up to 10% national travel
