Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled SAP FICO Consultant to join our client’s dynamic team. This role will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP FICO modules to meet business and technical requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) and a proven track record in delivering successful SAP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and support initiatives.
• Gather business requirements, design, configure, and test SAP FICO solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand financial processes and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Provide functional expertise and guidance on SAP FICO best practices.
• Perform system configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Support end-user training and post-implementation support.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including SAP technical teams, to ensure seamless integration.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
• Strong understanding of SAP FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders).
• Hands-on experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and support.
• Experience with integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA Finance is a plus.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
