JustinBradley’s client, a leading source of mortgage financing, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system analysis, software testing, documentation, and stakeholder communication, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment. This role requires a proactive professional who thrives in cross-functional team settings and enjoys turning business needs into technical solutions.

Must be able to go on-site to Reston, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and system specifications.
• Perform system analysis and testing using SQL, JIRA, and other relevant tools to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Create detailed documentation including business requirement documents, release notes, user guides, and test plans.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Excel, Tableau, or other analytic tools to support data-driven decisions.
• Facilitate communication between business users and development teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Present complex ideas and data in a clear, concise, and engaging manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Prioritize sprint goals, manage changing priorities, and ensure tasks are completed within strict deadlines.
• Apply user-centered design principles to propose system enhancements and improve user experience.
• Work closely with Agile teams and actively participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Support system development and enhancements in platforms such as Salesforce (preferred but not required).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Proven ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose system issues efficiently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in writing and delivering presentations.
• Proficiency in SQL and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence for task tracking and collaboration.
• Experience with Salesforce system analysis and development.
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles.
• Prior experience working with cross-functional teams in large enterprise environments.
