A leading fintech platform, recognized for its innovation and impact in the alternative investment space, is seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Administrator at the Assistant Vice President level. Position Summary
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and evolving the firm's Salesforce ecosystem. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows, improve data integrity, and ensure the platform supports the needs of a dynamic, cross-functional organization. This is a hands-on role that blends technical execution with strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day functionality of the Salesforce platform, ensuring smooth operation and user support
Develop and implement automation strategies to improve business processes and reduce manual work
Customize dashboards, reports, and workflows to provide actionable insights and enhance user experience
Manage user access, security settings, and system configurations across multiple environments
Coordinate with teams using integrated platforms to ensure seamless data exchange and system alignment
Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and identify opportunities for optimization
Support testing and deployment efforts across sandbox and production environments
Contribute to internal documentation and training to promote platform adoption and consistency
Qualifications
Minimum of five years of experience in a Salesforce administration role, ideally in a fast-paced or regulated environment
Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications are a plus
Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud or integrations with platforms such as HubSpot, Tableau, or Cvent
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical, user-friendly solutions
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
A self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
