Upwing Energy is searching for a Cleaning Technician to wash parts for assembly. Entry level candidates will be considered.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Wash kitted parts in standard and ultrasonic parts washers prior to assembly
• Inspect parts for residues, debris or uncleaned burrs and bag
• Perform daily maintenance on cleaning equipment and other manufacturing equipment, such as Testing Stands and the Testing Area as required, managing hazardous waste, maintaining a work environment free of foreign objects that could jeopardize equipment.
• Assist with light assembly, inventory cycle counts, kitting of parts and other tasks as requested.

Skills and Experience Sought:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Able to lift 40 lbs.
• Ability to communicate in English
• Familiar with safety protocols in a production environment is desirable
• Familiarity with clean room or FOD free environments is desirable
• Familiar with hand tools, power tools, hoists, cranes and precision measuring, alignment and testing instruments is desirable

• Must be self-motivated and an independent worker
• Must be a team player

Physical Demands:

This position will be in a shop environment most of the time. Personal protective equipment should be worn in designated shop floor areas.
