This Sales & Leadership Trainee role is designed for individuals who want to learn how to lead a team, build long-term customer relationships, and grow into a management role. Whether you’re a recent graduate or looking to fast-track your career, this is where it starts.

Your Responsibilities:

• Participate in hands-on training in sales, customer service, and leadership development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while providing solutions tailored to their needs.
• Support and help develop a high-performing sales team through group training and coaching.
• Bring a positive, driven attitude to every interaction and set the tone for team success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Interest in business, sales, leadership, or management
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A positive, team-first attitude and work ethic
• Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required

• $18–$24/hr base pay + weekly bonuses (On Target Earnings: $61K–$71K)
