Job Description

** Please note this is a contract to hire Receptionist role located 5 days onsite in Menlo Park **

Our client is a financial investment firm focusing on early-stage to growth-stage investments in enterprise and consumer technology companies .

Office Duties:

  • Managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Maintaining records and files.
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Answering phones and handling mail.

  • Office Operations:
  • Ensuring the office is clean, organized, and functional.
  • Managing office equipment and facilities.
  • Coordinating office events and activities.

  • Communication:
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
  • Communicating effectively with staff, clients, and vendors.

  • Other Tasks:
  • Assisting with special projects as needed.
  • May handle basic financial duties, such as paying invoices and processing reimbursements.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills .
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) .
  • Experience with office management software and tools .
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
  • High attention to detail and accuracy .
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion .
