Summary

The Melnikoff Real Estate Experience is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Real Estate Showing Assistant to join our team in Sparta Township, NJ. As a Showing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients by showcasing properties and assisting in the home buying process. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule property showings with potential buyers and renters, ensuring timely and efficient appointments.
  • Assist clients during property tours , providing detailed information about the property, neighborhood, and market conditions.
  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials for listings, including brochures, flyers, and online postings.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property showings, and feedback using the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with real estate agents to understand client needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized showing experience.
  • Conduct preliminary property inspections to ensure homes are presentable and meet client expectations before showings.
  • Stay updated on local real estate market trends and developments to provide clients with relevant and current information.

Qualifications

  • Valid Real Estate License in the state of New Jersey
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours , including evenings and weekends
  • Proficient in using technology and real estate software
  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in real estate or a related field is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent ; college degree is a plus
