Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and optimize the sales process for new real estate developments. This role requires a strategic leader with expertise in structuring sales operations, managing timelines, and driving performance through data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will coordinate the sales team, ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies, and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute structured sales processes for new developments.
  • Design and oversee marketing strategies to ensure timely and effective project launches.
  • Establish and manage sales timelines, aligning all activities with key milestones.
  • Lead and coordinate the sales team, defining roles, expectations, and accountability measures.
  • Implement and monitor KPIs to optimize sales performance and ensure goal achievement.
  • Generate reports and present insights to leadership for data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee pre-launch, launch, and post-launch workflows to drive seamless execution.
  • Manage sales and marketing budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, and development teams.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in real estate sales management, with a focus on new development, new development experience is a plus.
  • Strong ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in structuring sales processes and aligning them with business objectives.
  • Proficiency in setting and tracking KPIs for sales performance.
  • Experience leading and managing sales teams in a structured workflow environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance tracking software.
