Role Description
This is a contract role for a Local Real Estate Acquisition at Local Homes Buyers. We're looking for an experience and hungry project manager- acquisition, boots on ground, which will be represent the company and be responsible for acquiring properties, negotiating deals, and managing the process until contract has been signed. The project manager -acquisition will collaborate with property owners to ensure successful and personal relations. After contract is signed, the back office and dispositions team will take it from their hands so they can focus only in SALES and close AS many deals as possible.
Mobility is required.
