Job Title: Provider Enrollment Specialist

Location: Charlotte, NC

Compensation: $20 – $24 / hour

About The Opportunity

Addison Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Provider Enrollment Specialist to join our client’s growing team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a hybrid work schedule and a collaborative, close-knit environment. Key Responsibilities

• Manage provider enrollment and re-enrollment with various payors
• Maintain and update provider licensure and credentialing records
• Track timelines and ensure compliance with enrollment schedules
• Communicate with internal teams and providers to gather necessary documentation
• Respond to inquiries related to enrollment and contracting
• Maintain accurate records in credentialing software (Modio experience a plus)
• Support special projects such as onboarding new locations

Qualifications

• Prior experience in provider enrollment (either payor or provider side)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Experience with credentialing systems preferred (Modio is a plus)
