Job Description
The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting efforts to address ADA compliance issues for approximately 11,000 drop boxes identified as non-compliant. This position involves coordinating relocation or removal projects, engaging property owners, and collaborating with internal teams under strict legal timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support ADA compliance initiatives for drop boxes across multiple regions.
- Execute relocation or removal processes for drop boxes within established timelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, each involving several steps and stakeholders.
- Initiate relocation orders and coordinate with internal -teams to update performance metrics.
- Track progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Locate and communicate with property owners using research tools.
- Work closely with legal teams to meet deadlines.
