Bilingual (Spanish) Production Manager, Nutraceuticals & Dietary Supplements

Our Client is seeking a highly motivated, business-savvy, and knowledgeable Production Manager to lead our nutraceutical and dietary supplement manufacturing team. The ideal candidate is an expert in cGMP regulations, a proactive problem-solver, and a natural team leader who can get work done through effective management and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Production Management:

• Develop and execute production schedules to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Manage resources (personnel, raw materials, equipment) efficiently to meet production targets.
• Optimize manufacturing costs, track key metrics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Quality and Compliance Oversight:

• Ensure strict adherence to FDA Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), OSHA, and other relevant regulations.
• Implement rigorous quality control protocols throughout the entire production cycle, from raw materials to final packaging.
• Partner with Quality Assurance (QA) to maintain detailed and accurate documentation for all production runs.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead, train, and mentor the production team to foster a high-performance, result-oriented culture.
• Effectively communicate priorities and expectations to ensure team alignment and smooth operations.
• Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts constructively, and promote a positive team environment.

Customer Order Fulfillment:

• Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, from material sourcing to final product dispatch.
• Ensure accurate lot control, inventory management, and expiration tracking, especially for sensitive products.
• Guarantee that packaging and labeling meet all regulatory requirements to prevent compliance issues.

Qualifications

• Bilingual -Spanish
• Proven experience as a Production Manager in the nutraceutical or dietary supplement industry.
• Deep understanding of cGMP regulations and quality control standards.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on operational efficiency and cost optimization.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Ability to manage complex processes and respond effectively to production deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
