Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for service, maintenance, and installation jobs.
• Coordinate daily work schedules and adjust for emergency calls, cancellations, or changes.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding appointment times, delays, or changes.
• Prioritize jobs based on urgency, technician skill set, location, and availability.
• Maintain an accurate calendar of appointments using scheduling software.
• Confirm appointments with customers and provide necessary job details to technicians.
• Update work orders, job statuses, and customer information in CRM or field service software.
• Collaborate with service managers, warehouse staff, and other departments to ensure timely job execution.
• Monitor technicians’ progress throughout the day and provide real-time support as needed.
• Track and report scheduling metrics and job completion rates.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in scheduling, dispatch, or customer service (HVAC or construction industry a plus).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling/CRM software (e.g., ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, Housecall Pro).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
