Description:
HSC Medical Billing & Consulting LLC is currently seeking an On-site Part Time Payment Processing Specialist. This position is an in office role located in Evansville, Indiana.
We are looking for an individual who has experience in Payment Posting, is detail-orientated with excellent verbal, written communication along with time management skills. The successful candidate enjoys and can work in a fast-paced environment.
This position offers challenging assignments, a good salary and a generous benefits package.
This is a full time position which offers schedule flexibility.

.Job Duties
Payment data entry
Processing statements and follow up on unpaid statement
Processing payment
Processing accounts for collection
Requirements
2 to 4 years of payment postings and/or office clerical administration experience
Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to multi-task and to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skill
Possess excellent written, grammar and communication skill
Possess excellent computer skills, including experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Good attendance and punctuality
Possess the ability to read and interpret an EOB (explanation of benefits.)
Possess excellent follow-up skills ensuring timely follow up on accounts
Respond timely to inquiries by patients or clients
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information at all time
High school diploma or equivalent
