Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Manger to oversee daily office and operational procedures for our restoration company. Some of their main duties include supervising our dispatchers and incoming calls, onboarding employees, maintaining current business licenses for multiple divisions, processing 401K contributions, processing health insurance enrollments, LNI claims, and ordering supplies for the staff.

  • In-depth knowledge of data analysis software packages
  • Working knowledge of customer relationship management
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Proven knowledge of performance evaluation metrics in a business setting
  • Exemplary customer service skills
  • Multi-Tasking Skills
  • Background in onboarding/HR generalist duties
  • Experience with health insurance enrollment
  • Experience administering 401(k) plans
