JOB TITLE – Digital Marketing Specialist

WHAT IS A DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST?

The Digital Marketing Specialists at HealthTrust Workforce Solutions are responsible for developing quality, on-brand content in an effort to attract healthcare professionals and healthcare facilities to engage with our brand. A successful Digital Marketing Specialist will focus on increasing brand awareness, promoting our company values, and creating effective and engaging content that resonates with our audience. You will also work to initiate effective marketing campaigns through our social media and blog channels to translate business goals and relevant communications to our internal and external audiences.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • As an experienced social media marketer & community manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist will work across integrated teams to drive storytelling and community connection forward via a brand’s social content and presence
  • You’ll also be tasked with keeping your finger on the pulse of social media, so you can educate and guide co-workers and clients on best practices and keep the team focused on driving timely, meaningful results
  • Ensure that the procedural, content and strategic mandatories are upheld on the HealthTrust Workforce Solutions social media platforms
  • Keep social best practices top of mind and leverage up to date tools to create engaging content
  • In partnership with the marketing team, you will oversee community management practices and generate engaging and effective content.
  • Create social media content (copy and visuals with assistance) using various platforms & tools as needed (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite 365)
  • Boost content in accordance with the HWS Recruitment Marketing strategic plan as needed per campaign (largely Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn)
  • Develop and Implement company / brand’s Social Media plan & Guidelines to drive meaningful results
  • Generate communications, including: strategic recommendations, industry insights, ensuring internal/external stakeholders are aware of all social activities, etc
  • Quickly analyze needs and share recommendations for leveraging organic social tools to meet those needs
  • Familiarity with web design and content management systems such as WordPress
  • Become the internal social “Brand Expert”
  • Analyze performance data and develop organic social media reports with insights to better understand needed optimizations
  • Research top influencers, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Other duties as needed to help out other team members

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Degree in communications (English), Journalism, Marketing, Creative Writing or related fields. Preferred, But Not Required.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in community management & organic social media
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Flawless grammar and stellar proofreading skills
  • Resourceful with the ability to make smart decisions quickly
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills, internally and with clients / external partners
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite & Google Suite
  • Preferred, But Not Required: Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • BONUS: Working knowledge of Social Media Management Systems and social listening tools (Hubspot and Sprout Social, etc.)
