Manager of Marketing – Detroit, MI

Alchemy is seeking a Marketing Manager for a rapidly rising storage and moving firm in Detroit, MI. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic leader to spearhead new marketing activities that increase brand visibility, generate leads, and assist sales efforts in the moving and relocation business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with business objectives.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives such as social media, email marketing, content production, and SEO.
• Manage marketing automation technologies and CRM systems to monitor, analyse, and enhance campaign performance.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure that marketing initiatives create quality leads and conversions.
• Oversee the development of effective marketing materials such as case studies, films, and brochures.
• Conduct market research to determine trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Create and manage a marketing budget with an emphasis on ROI-driven initiatives.
• Create client presentations and assist with RFPs.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of marketing experts to ensure successful initiative execution.
• Optimise your online presence, which includes website management, email marketing, and social media interaction, to increase traffic and visibility.
• Monitor and report on key performance parameters to provide actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
• Form and maintain ties with industry influencers and important external agencies.

What We’re Looking For:

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a closely related discipline.
• 5-7 years' marketing experience, ideally in the moving, logistics, or home services industry.
• Proven experience in marketing automation and CRM management.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing technologies, such as email marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
