Summary

Operating and maintaining Preston Communities assets (apartment homes and/or office buildings) by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Monitor turns, vacant units and move outs.

· Maintain exterior appearance of property to present good street appeal.

· Completion of work orders.

· Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure that building systems and physical condition of assets do not deteriorate.

· Perform daily trash pick up including pet waste, cigarette butts etc.

· All other duties as assigned.

Other Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and tools.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Compensation details: 21-24 Hourly Wage
