$100,000 at planned earnings

• Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard

• Answer incoming calls from potential clients in a professional and friendly manner 
• Conduct initial screening to understand the callers legal needs and determine their suitability for our services 
• Gather relevant information and documentation from potential clients 
• Communicate clearly and effectively to explain the services our firm offers 
• Maintain detailed accounts of all interactions with potential clients 
• Collaborate with attorneys and other staff to ensure a smooth and efficient intake 
• Follow up with potential clients to provide additional information and answer questions as needed 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Previous experience in intake sales (or) customer service, preferably legal services 
• Inbound sales experience is a plus ... no cold calling 
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Ability to work independently (and) as part of a team 
• Proficiency in CRM software, VOIP Communication System, and other office tools 
• A genuine interest in helping people and providing exceptional customer service 
• Honesty is critical (and) good ethical character is essential 
• Love connecting with people 
• Ownership mindset
