As we continue to expand our nationwide presence, we’re looking for a results-driven  In-House SEO Specialist to take our digital growth to the next level.

Role Overview

As our SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for building and executing Regenics’ organic search strategy from the ground up. This is a hands-on role that will directly impact lead generation, e-commerce performance, and overall brand visibility across Google and AI-driven search engines. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, dev, and creative teams to implement scalable SEO solutions that support Regenics' aggressive growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Regenics’ SEO strategy and execution for both e-commerce and lead generation funnels
• Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and market analysis
• Optimize all on-page elements, including metadata, internal linking, headings, and schema
• Execute technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes (site speed, mobile optimization, crawlability)
• Collaborate with the content team to develop and optimize blog and landing page content
• Manage backlink acquisition campaigns and disavow toxic links
• Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and similar tools
• Stay on top of algorithm changes, search trends, and AI search integrations

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven SEO experience (in-house or agency)
• Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Demonstrated success driving traffic and keyword rankings in competitive markets
• Hands-on experience with platforms like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, and GSC
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and SEO-related dev best practices
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the health, wellness, or telehealth industry
• Familiarity with programmatic SEO and AI content tools
• Understanding of CRO and its relationship with SEO
• Background in local SEO and multi-location targeting strategies
