Project Manager that is highly motivated, detail and task oriented, self-sufficient, and creative with a strong attention to detail.

The Project Manager will help the lead designer in creating functionally beautiful spaces for residential and commercial clients while using industry knowledge, design experience, innovative design concepts and creativity. Responsibilities include developing schematic designs, drafting furniture plans and elevations, preparing presentations, attending client meetings, maintaining budgets and schedules, attending site visits regularly, and managing installs. The candidate should be knowledgeable of all vendors and showrooms, with experience in custom furniture and details.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, has a positive attitude, is a team player and of course, passionate about the design process. Must be willing to travel to job sites as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create Master Presentations, Mood boards, & Schedules
• Draft floor plans, spatial layouts, elevations, etc.
• Knowledge of custom furniture & ability to draw when needed
• Rendering capabilities, a major plus
• Create Invoices, & Purchase Orders
• Maintains files and records of materials, prices, inventories and deliveries
• Communicate with all vendors regularly, this includes architects, builders, contractors, etc.
• Assist with buying, tracking, & receiving of merchandise
• Facilitate and manage regular communication with suppliers/vendors to ensure timely delivery of all items
• Establish and maintain sound professional relationships with clients and suppliers
• Experience with Ivy Interior Design Software a major plus but not required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop & InDesign
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Knowledge of building, interiors, to-the-trade design showrooms, manufacturers and resources
• Proficient in SketchUp a major plus
• Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills, time management, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills are a must
• The ability to always communicate in a professional manner
• Creative, team player, hardworking, passionate, self-starter, driven, and positive attitude is a must!
