With expected growth in the market projected to scale to 10% over the next few years, we want you to help lead this growth. Canter Power Systems currently offers our services in eighteen states and is the largest provider of residential standby generatorinstallations with a portfolio of five major brands that continues to grow across the US.
Position Summary:The Digital Integrations Manager combines lifecycle marketing expertise with enterprise system integration. You will architect, implement, and optimize omnichannel customer journeys as well as the data pipelines, APIs, and platformsthat power them. The goal is to create frictionless, data-driven experience that nurtures leads, increases conversion, and produce measurable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:Strategy and Roadmap: Translate business goals into a prioritized integration and campaign roadmap with clearKPIs for current enterprise brands and acquisition brands that join the portfolio.
Campaign and Journey Automation: Design, build, and optimize multi-step email, SMS, and web journeys inHubSpot, Marketo, or similar platform to personalize content through dynamic data fields and behavior triggers.
Platform and Integration Architecture: Oversee the marketing tech stack, including HubSpot, GA4, Tag Manager,Snowflake, Power BI, and other critical systems. Lead API design, data mapping, and middleware workflows to enable secure, real time data exchange between systems.
Data Governance and Analytics: Own data quality, enrichment, and privacy compliance. Build dashboards thatsurface funnel performance, attribution, CPL, ROAS, and integration health.
Collaboration and Enablement: Serve as primary liaison among Marketing, Sales, IT, BI, and external vendors forreporting, data sharing, and campaign optimization. A-B test journey logic, creative, and timing, then iterate based on insights. Evaluate emerging martech and integration tools, pilot them, and roll out those that prove ROI.
Documentation and Compliance: Maintain integration playbooks, data flow diagrams, and SOPs. Ensure SOC 2-level security standards across all data exchanges.
Required Qualifications:• Five or more years in marketing automation and leading system or API integrations in a high growth B2C or B2B2C environment.
• Hands-on expertise with an enterprise marketing automation platform such as HubSpot, Marketo, or MarketingCloud, and with common integration middleware like Workato, Mulesoft, Zapier, or Boomi, or custom REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Proven success turning complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple launches while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of web tracking, attribution, and consent frameworks including GA4, Tag Manager, Snowflake, GDPR, and CCPA.
Preferred Qualifications:• Familiarity with customer data platforms, real time event streaming, and server-side tagging.
• In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
• Experience in digital marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in automation management and copy writing
• Experience with SEO, SEM strategy, and keyword research/development
• Understanding of website analytics tools, such as GA4, PowerBi, Clarity, etc.
• Analytical data driven mind, with a passion for measuring and converting
• Interest in testing emerging channels such as AI-driven segmentation, conversational marketing, and social commerce.
