Job Description:

The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of company projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities
  • Manage resources, budgets, and project schedules
  • Maintain communication with clients and internal teams
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues
  • Ensure project goals, deadlines, and quality standards are met

Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager (preferably in IT or Industrial sectors)
  • Strong project management skills, certification is a plus (e.g., PMP, Prince2)
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Location: on-site in Jacksonville, TX

Salary Range: $90K - $160K
