What You’ll Do:

As a Mechanical Assembler, you’ll be involved in the hands-on assembly and light repair of our heavy-duty waste equipment. You’ll work closely with a skilled team to ensure each machine meets our high standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble various components for ACE Equipment waste compactors
• Perform routine maintenance and equipment repairs
• Operate forklifts (preferred but not required – we’ll train the right person)
• Use mechanical skills and tools to troubleshoot and ensure functionality
• Follow assembly instructions and deadlines
• Work safely, efficiently, and collaboratively
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs

What We’re Looking For:

• Mechanical aptitude and a hands-on, can-do attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and responsible work ethic
• Ability to adapt to changes and meet production deadlines
• Valid driver’s license required

Preferred (but not required):

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience
• Metal fabricating background
• Forklift operation experience
• Experience troubleshooting or repairing mechanical equipment
