Finance Customer Support Specialist (Call Center)

Role Overview :

You’ll support our client, a rapidly scaling fintech company operating in the trading and digital asset space. As a Customer Support Specialist within their call center operations, you will handle inbound customer inquiries across phone, chat, and email, troubleshoot account and trading-related issues, and guide users through platform tools. You’ll ensure accuracy, security, and clarity in every interaction while escalating complex technical or compliance cases as needed.

Who We’re Looking For :

Professionals with direct experience supporting fintech trading, crypto, brokerage, or investment platforms. You’re comfortable navigating fast-moving, highly regulated environments and can explain complex concepts—trading mechanics, order types, account verification, funding issues—in clear, simple terms. Calm under pressure, you thrive in high-volume call center workflows and maintain strong attention to detail.

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in fintech trading, crypto exchanges, brokerage, or investment apps (e.g., Kraken, Robinhood, Coinbase, Webull, Public, SoFi Invest).
  • Previous call center or high-volume customer support experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident handling inbound calls.
  • Proficiency with CRM/ticketing tools (Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot, Salesforce Service Cloud).
  • Ability to troubleshoot account access, funding/withdrawals, transactional issues, and platform navigation.
  • Understanding of trading and digital asset workflows (market/limit orders, trade execution, settlement timelines, identity verification, security protocols).

Bonus Qualifications :

  • Exposure to fraud reviews, compliance workflows, KYC/KYB processes, or risk operations.
  • Experience supporting customers during market volatility or high-volume trading events.
  • Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish preferred).
  • Ability to identify product gaps and communicate recurring customer issues to internal teams.
