Position: Sales Representative / Field Representative

Location: Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite in Renton, WA

Compensation: $80k-100k + quarterly bonus structure

Position Overview:

This is a sales-focused role with a strong emphasis on cold calling and phone-based outreach. While there will be some in-person field work, the ideal candidate must be comfortable and effective on the phone. The primary goal is to educate potential members about available healthcare plan options and drive monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective members.
• Schedule and lead one-on-one meetings and educational seminars.
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and individuals.
• Educate potential members on healthcare plan benefits and enrollment processes.
• Identify and engage current members to foster brand advocacy and referrals.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in sales or marketing.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (proof required upon request).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
• Experience working with or within military communities.
• Familiarity with the military healthcare system.
