Job Description

Are you a driven professional with a background in financial services, insurance, or as a financial advisor? CXC Capital, led by Craig Cecilio—the founder who has raised over a billion dollars from 40,000 investors—is seeking a Capital-Raising, Investor Relations Rep to join our team.

We have cracked the code and are using AI for platform. It will revolutionize the way capital is raised, assets are selected, and investors receive more transparency than ever.

In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work directly with Craig Cecilio and engage with high-net-worth individuals (net worth ranging from $2.5M to $100M) to help them discover investment opportunities.

We’re looking for someone who embodies the same grit, grind, and “do, learn, grow” philosophy that defines Craig’s approach. You must be comfortable with the uncomfortable and bring strong business and financial acumen to the table. This role is about 80% confidence and intangible qualities, so if you thrive on building relationships and have the tenacity to go the extra mile, we’d love to have you on board.

In this position, you will:

  • Prospect & Qualify : Proactively identify and engage qualified high-net-worth leads from our internal database, strategic networks, and outbound efforts.
  • Build Relationships : Establish trust and credibility quickly through informed, consultative conversations that uncover investor interests and align them with the right opportunities.
  • Present Opportunities : Communicate the unique advantages of our investment offerings with clarity and confidence, overcoming objections and creating urgency to act.
  • Drive Commitments : Move prospects from interest to funding by managing the full engagement cycle—from first contact to signed agreement—while ensuring a smooth handoff to the investor relations team.
  • Collaborate with Leadership : Work directly with Craig Cecilio for coaching, strategy alignment, and access to decades of capital-raising experience.

  • Capital-Raising & Sales Expertise – Proven ability to connect with and influence high-net-worth individuals, ideally in financial services, insurance, wealth management, or investment sales.
  • Business & Financial Acumen – Strong understanding of investment products, market trends, and financial terminology to hold informed conversations with sophisticated investors.

  • Confidence & Presence – Comfortable leading high-stakes conversations and presenting opportunities to experienced investors without hesitation.
  • Relationship Management – Skilled at cultivating long-term connections and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
  • Consultative Selling – Focused on uncovering investor needs and matching them to the right solution rather than relying on hard-sell tactics.
  • Objection Handling – Ability to address concerns with authority, data, and credibility while maintaining rapport.
