LHH is partnering with a Senior Living community in search of an Executive Director for their Eugene, OR location. For 30 years, this company has been committed to building a comforting housing community by developing an enriching/compassionate culture that encourages residents to live life to its fullest. In this role, you will oversee over 200 units including independent living, assisted living and memory care. You must come from a similar sized facility (or more), be a visionary by nature and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work. This is a direct hire job that pays between $120K - $150K + bonus.
