The firm is known for delivering well-designed, high-quality communities and fostering a team-oriented culture. Due to multiple new project awards, they are seeking a motivated Project Superintendent to join their construction team.
In this role, you will oversee daily on-site construction activities, coordinate subcontractors, maintain safety and quality standards, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. You will play a key role in the successful execution of multifamily projects from start through completion.
