Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO

Location: Minneapolis, MN (100% Onsite)

Job Type: 2-3 Month Contract with Potential for Permanent Conversion

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the CEO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and events.
  • PowerPoint Presentations: Prepare and edit PowerPoint presentations for various meetings and events.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organize and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Expense Management: Handle expense reports, ensuring timely and accurate submission and reimbursement.
  • Board Meeting Minutes: Take detailed minutes during board meetings and distribute them to relevant parties.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, document preparation, and office organization.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, managing correspondence and communications.
  • Project Support: Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

Additional Information:

  • This is a 2-3 month contract position with the potential for permanent conversion based on performance.
  • The role is 100% onsite in the Minneapolis area.
