We are looking for an Entry Level Events Assistant to join our enthusiastic team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about organizing successful events and have a positive, can-do attitude.
Salary Range: $21.00 - $31.00 hourly
Location: San Antonio, TX

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of various events
Support senior event planners in logistics and execution
Help manage vendor relationships and communications
Assist with event setup, including decor and equipment arrangement
Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations
Collect attendee feedback and assist with post-event evaluations
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in event management is a plus
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A passion for events and a willingness to learn
