Job Description

Responsibilities

Document Management: Organizing, filing, and maintaining both physical and digital documents.
Lifecycle Management: Managing the entire document lifecycle, including creation, approval, revision, and archival.
Version Control: Maintaining accurate versions of documents and tracking changes.
Document Distribution: Distributing documents to relevant personnel and teams.
Quality Control: Performing regular audits and checks to ensure document accuracy and completeness.
Collecting various data from contractors (Daily Report, Weekly Report, Monthly Report etc.).

Qualifications

Bilingual (English, Korean) Required

Required Skills

Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage large volumes of information and maintain accurate records.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and consistency in document management.
Excellent Communication Skills: Effectively communicating with various teams and departments.
Knowledge of Document Control Procedures: Understanding best practices for document management and compliance.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with document management systems and other relevant software.
Problem-Solving Skills: Identifying and resolving issues related to document control.
