As a Customer Success Specialist , you’ll play an important supporting role in helping our customers succeed with OneDay. You’ll assist with onboarding, scheduling, answering questions, and identifying ways we can help our customers get the most out of the platform. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in a fast-paced SaaS company while learning the ins and outs of customer success and sales.
