Job Description

As a Customer Success Specialist , you’ll play an important supporting role in helping our customers succeed with OneDay. You’ll assist with onboarding, scheduling, answering questions, and identifying ways we can help our customers get the most out of the platform. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in a fast-paced SaaS company while learning the ins and outs of customer success and sales.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Help new customers get started with OneDay and feel confident using our platform.
  • Work closely with Customers and the Customer Success team in facilitating and scheduling quarterly and training meetings.
  • Answer basic customer questions about accounts and products and help direct more complex questions to the right team member.
  • Keep track of key info and renewal updates for customers in Hubspot.
  • Look out for potential new customer accounts or strong users who could be great brand advocates.
  • Help with small research tasks or customer-related projects as needed.
  • Be a friendly, reliable point of contact for customers and team members alike.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field (internships or school projects count!).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Friendly, helpful, and ready to jump in where needed.
  • Organized and able to manage tasks and schedules.
  • Interest in customer success, SaaS, or digital tools.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Google Business Suite; experience with HubSpot or Gainsight is a bonus.
  • Strong preference for someone living in the DFW Metro
