  • Position Type: Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
  • Reports To: Project Manager
  • Salary Range: $25.00 – $50.00 per hour, commensurate with experience

    Role Overview

    The HVAC Service Technician will play a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality service to residential and commercial customers. This position is well-suited for a skilled technician who values craftsmanship, takes pride in doing the job right the first time, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.     Key Responsibilities

    • Troubleshoot, repair, replace, and maintain plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems
    • Apply knowledge of applicable HVAC and plumbing codes to ensure compliance and quality standards
    • Complete work with strong attention to detail and a focus on long-term system performance
    • Work independently in the field while collaborating effectively with internal teams
    • Represent the organization professionally when interacting with customers and partners
    • Commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities available
    • Participate in an on-call rotation during peak heating season (October through April), with summers off from on-call duty

    Qualifications

    • Experience and certifications in one or more of the following areas: Gas, Plumbing, and/or Refrigeration
    • Ability to pass a clean driver’s license and criminal background check
    • Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and work in varied conditions for extended periods
    • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
    • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and best practices
    • Strong desire to learn, grow professionally, and contribute to team success
