Job Description

Must live in Atlanta area.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Customer Service Specialist will work closely with project management to assist in coordinating the production and execution of project-related material, operational support as well as store support calls. Must be very organized and able to multitask and support multiple clients.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understands all Customer Service functions
  • Provide administrative, logistics, and clerical support to ensure effective operations within the organization
  • Begin to learn print substrates and production methods
  • Assist with special projects – exposure to installations, store sets, press checks
  • Begin fielding and handling requests from stores to research and fulfill requests.
  • Support team including evaluating projects, developing and maintaining spreadsheets and
  • calendars, participating in client meetings and billing reviews
  • Learning basic inventory reporting created by IMG, GL codes, etc.
  • Meeting notes and meeting recaps.
  • Begin to understand bills of materials, quotes, and change orders
  • Punctuality and regular attendance are required on the job

POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred

Special Skills/Qualifications : Prior experience in retail support activities preferred, excellent organizational skills, exceptional written and oral communication skills, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, good interpersonal skills, collaborative, able to work closely with a team, analytical, reliable, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented. Intermediate level of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a MUST
