We are looking for a highly skilled Community Partnerships Officer to serve as a key external-facing team member of the foundation’s Community Leadership team. This role builds strong nonprofit relationships, leads strategic initiatives, manages grant writing, and evaluates community grant proposals. This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Community Leadership with a salary range of $69,600-$87,000, and a comprehensive benefits package. 

To be successful in this role , you’ll need a bachelor's degree or commensurate work experience in nonprofit management, public administration, business administration, social work, or a related field and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in grants management, nonprofit operation or program evaluation, plus demonstrated experience managing full grant lifecycles from application through reporting. You’ll need strong analytical and data analysis skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines, and experience with grantmaking and/or grant administration. You will demonstrate the ability to work with stakeholders in multiple sectors to assist communities to thrive and create opportunities for all.
