Job Description
Are you a strategic, hands-on finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment? Our multi-generational family office is seeking a Finance Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day financial operations across a diverse portfolio of investments, businesses, and personal assets.
This is a rare opportunity to work directly with principals on a broad range of financial matters, from cash flow management and real estate ventures to partnering on private investments and legacy planning.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee accounting, reporting, and financial controls for the family’s business interests, investment entities, and trusts
Manage cash flow planning, budgeting, and forecasting across personal and investment-related assets
Coordinate with external accountants, tax advisors, legal counsel, and investment managers
Provide detailed and high-level financial reporting and analysis to principals
Monitor performance of operating businesses, private equity holdings, and real estate assets
Lead or assist with due diligence on new investments, real estate purchases, and philanthropic initiatives
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, insurance coverage, and legal filings
Streamline financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and visibility
Requirements
~ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (a CPA or MBA preferred)
~5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or family office management
~ Exposure to real estate, private investments, and complex entity structures
~ High level of integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness
~ Self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
~ Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fluid and entrepreneurial environment
~ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
